The client agrees to pay 20% of the total amount as a non-refundable deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via direct deposit, with any applicable fees the responsibility of the client.
 

In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the event date, the client is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon amount.
 

Spearmint Signage Studio will deliver and set up the signage at the agreed-upon location and time. Any delays or changes to the delivery or setup schedule must be communicated to us as soon as possible. For Delivery and Setup - minimum spend is $1000, otherwise pick up of signage is required unless otherwise organised with an agreed upon fee for Delivery and Set up costs. Delivery and Setup will occur only in Wanaka and surrounding district (Hawea, Luggate, Alberttown). Any further locations will incur a travel and time fee.


The client assumes responsibility for any damage to or loss of the signage once it is delivered and set up at the event venue. The client agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary due to damage or loss caused during the event.


The client is responsible for providing accurate information and design specifications for the signage - we will work with you on the design process from scratch if you have no starting point. Designs from scratch incur an additional fee of +/- $100 after the quoted price of the signage We will provide proofs of the design for approval before production begins. We allow for up to 3 changes as included in quoted price, any additional changes will incur a fee of $20 per change. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and may affect the final delivery date.
 

Risk passes to account holder on delivery/collection of signage. Ownership remains with Spearmint Signage Studio until full payment is made. We have the right to withhold or reclaim any goods which havent been paid for.


As part of our services, we have the capability to photograph content during the event or event setup, which prominently features the signage provided by us. This content may include photographs and videos showcasing the signage in various settings and angles, highlighting its impact and presence at the event. The client acknowledges and grants permission for us to utilize this content for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website galleries, and portfolio presentations. Aside from this we also have access to professional photography/vidography captured by the hired professional to utilise as mentioned above. Credit will be given to the required parties when used in any advertising, promotional or Social Media outlets as required.

 
The client acknowledges that any designs, logos, or artwork provided by Spearmint Signage Studio are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used for any other purpose without permission. If submitting your own designs to us, the client confirms they are the owner of the copyright or has authorisation to use the property.
 

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spearmint Signage Studio against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the signage at the event/premise
 

Spearmint Signage Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
 

Prices are subject to modification at any time without prior notice.
Spearmint Signage Studio must be informed of any other signage provider employed by the client for the event, this also includes signage made by the client themself for the event. We reserve the right to ensure the integrity and professional presentation of our signage by exercising discretion in its placement. While we aim to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability, we may refuse to display our signage alongside materials that do not meet our quality standards or may detract from the overall aesthetic of the event.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Spearmint Signage Studio and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. By purchasing from Spearmint Signage Studio you agree to the above terms and conditions and are bound by them.
